OUR WARRANTY

We provide a limited six-month warranty to the original purchaser of any piece of furniture from Kozai found to be defective in material or workmanship. At Kozai’s sole discretion the defective piece will be repaired or replaced.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, variations and shifts in wood and fabric colors occuring because of excess exposure to sunlight, heat and other local environmental conditions. Likewise, our warranty does not cover negligence in the use of the furniture, spills and stains on the wood or fabric, improper cleaning, pet damage, or other controllable events.

In the event of a complaint please provide a copy of your original Kozai invoice or purchase receipt as well as a description and photograph of the defect. Again, this warranty is good for six months from the date of purchase and must be filed by the original purchaser of the item(s).

Needless to say, at Kozai we are always happy to answer any questions you may have about any item that has been purchased from us, including how best to care for those items.
