QUALIFIED TRADE

Discounts are available to qualified trade:  registered interior designers, architects, and contract furniture specifier+buyers, including hospitality, office, government & education. 

     Orders up to $30,000                  10%  off list price

     $30,000  to  $50,000                   12.5%

     Orders over $50,000                   15%

Prices shown on each product page are list prices. All prices are USD. For larger contract orders, please contact Kozai for a quote. 

PAYMENTS

A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order. Payments are accepted by bank wire transfer or credit card. We also accept payments of up to $7,500 by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please note that a service charge of 2.5% will be added to USD credit card payments (per Chase Paymentech).

MINIMUM ORDERS

With the significantly higher shipping and logistics cost per chair of shipping small lots from Japan, Kozai will sometimes reserve the right to not accept an order of 4 or less dining chairs, 2 or less bar/counter stools, and 1 smaller casual chair.
